the quiet is almost complete. One more victim, and then it ends.

I will be submitting this to a online company that publishes books in hopes that I can have the quiet published as a photography book, telling the story from beginning to end with my images. I also intend on designing the book cover, etc myself.

In the next week I will be expanding my normal photography portfolio (portrait style) and I will be working on another etching for my faces series.

Open model call- if you're interested, please e-mail me at lex@thedarkhallway.com

I've been working on a series called "The Quiet." It's a photography five part series involving a male protagonist (model: Jesse Campbell) who murders women in different forms of asphyxiation. I am three shoots into the series, two more to go. I will post pictures soon.

I am also finishing my series of jars, they are at the EKU Campbell building for students to put different objects they see fit in them. And I am also working on a four part dry point series temporarily entitled "faces."

Stay posted for more updates.

Well, since apparently I am more rusty with web design than I anticipated, I am still working on the official website design. When I was 13 or 14 learning HTML I learned very quickly and wrote most of my html in notepad without using any software. Now at 22 I am using dreamweaver and am having a difficult time. So it will be up soon, the graphics and content have already been created, I just need to work out the html kinks and then voila, The Dark Hallway will be born.

Also I've been dabbling in photography, there will probably be a lot of updates in that area coming soon. I am also working on a 5 part edition of dry points. I'm still working on it's title.

The website revamp will be coming soon. And by revamp I mean, a real website with navigation and a gallery of artwork, etc. I'm re-learning HTML and dreamweaver from a few years ago when I was much more proficient.

Soon, very soon.

Here are the last five prints in my 'cards' series. I am looking forward to starting my next endeavors, including finishing the website as soon as finals are over next week. Expect lots of new artwork this summer as I am going to venture out into different printmaking techniques, and perhaps a concentration on etching though I haven't quite decided yet.
